Un Mondo d'Amore ...

Un Mondo d’Amore – il testo e’ scritto in una vena romantica ma vi invito di pensare ad un mondo parallelo – l’amore non e’ solo per le coppie ma anche per le relazioni platoniche, per l’amore tra madri/padri e figli e soprattutto per l’amore verso gli altri ... la consideriamo come la mitica frase “fate l’amore e non la guerra”. In questo spirito e’ la serata che oggi celebriamo perche’ qui si uniscono due nazioni principalmente Malta e la Georgia ma il bello di questo progetto che dal bene deriva altro bene cioe’ anche il coinvolgimento di altri artisti sia russi che italiani. Perche’ l’arte non ha confini ... solo amore! Segue dopo la traduzione in inglese!

In mezzo al conflitto

proprio nel mezzo delle guerre

e dell’indifferenza sociale,

guardando giusto nel mirino

ho trovato un mondo d’amore.

Tutto nascosto dietro

il verde dei tuoi occhi

dietro i tuoi sorrisi

dietro le mille domande poste ...

Tutto questo mondo era ben nascosto

perche’ il vero amore e’ sempre protetto

infatti nessuno ci aveva detto

che trovarlo fosse facile.

Ho cercato dapertutto

Ho guardato persino le cupole,

le terrazze, i balconi,

i grattacieli, le torri,

e sono andata nei castelli ...

ma ti ho trovato soltanto

quando avevo smesso di cercare ...

perche’ era scritto cosi’

A World of Love – The written text is inspired by a romantic stream but I invite you to think of a parallel world - love is not just for couples but also for platonic relationships, the love between mothers/fathers and their children and most of all the love we all share for one another. We shall here consider the legendary phrase “make love not war”. And in this spirit, we celebrate tonight’s event because of this special union mainly between Malta and Georgia. The beauty of this union has allowed other unions to happen through the works of Russian and Italian artists because art knows no boundaries ... just love!

A World of Love ...

In the middle of conflict

right amidst the useless wars

and social indifference,

I looked through the lens

and found a world of love!

All was hidden

behind the green eyes you behold,

behind your smiles,

behind the thousand questions posed.

This world was well hidden

because true love is always quite sheltered.

Nobody had told us

that finding it was easy.

I had looked everywhere.

I had even looked above the domes,

on the terraces and balconies,

at the skyscrapers, the towers,

I had even reached inside the castles ...

but I only found you

when I stopped searching

because it was written that way

that “in the midst of this dark forest”,

I would have noticed you.

You would have noticed me.

And a love spark was born,

madness,

an intense bond

like never before ...

a true connection

that transpires so much wellbeing

through the pores

transformed into warm embraces ...
